In Greene County magistrate court Dalton Weber of Scranton was sentenced Feb. 21to seven days in jail on a charge of violation of a no contact order. The jail time is concurrent to the sentence in a Greene County felony case. Court costs were $60.
Melissa Kay Hayward of Marshalltown was fined $105 with a $15.75 surcharge on a charge of public intoxication. In another case, Hayward was fined $105 with a $15.75 on a charge of violation of a protective order. In a third case, a charge of violation of a no contact was dismissed. Court costs were $60 in every case.
A case against William Ronold Breidert of Glidden in which he was charged with operating without an interlock device was dismissed. He must pay $155.60 court costs.
Cases were initiated in magistrate court as follows: Jason Lee Miller of Boone, possession of drug paraphernalia; Royce Christopher Gonnelly of Jefferson, possession of drug paraphernalia; Michael Lee Eastman of Jefferson, interference with official acts; James Pena of Denison, possession of drug paraphernalia; Jay D. Wenger of Beaver, operate without interlock device; and Corey Alexander Puski of Boone, simulated public intoxication.
